About Lyndsee

Lyndsee's practice focuses on all areas of corporate/commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience in various areas, including civil arbitration and mediation, product liability, construction litigation, and complex disputes in the oil and gas industry.

Lyndsee has appeared in the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.

Prior to joining Blakes, Lyndsee worked as an associate at another leading Canadian law firm.

Select Experience

Representative matters in which Lyndsee has been involved include:

  • Advising a major international energy company in respect of domestic arbitrations involving midstream marketing and transportation of light and heavy crude oil

  • Advising a national oil and natural gas company in litigation proceedings with respect to obligations under a farmout agreement

  • Advising an international energy infrastructure company in respect of a multimillion-dollar arbitration involving industry operating standards

  • Advising a global EPC company in respect of a multimillion-dollar damages claim in the British Columbia Supreme Court

Professional Activities

Lyndsee volunteers for the Pro Bono Duty Counsel project at the Alberta Court of Justice (Civil) and with the Pro Bono Amicus project at the Alberta Court of King's Bench.

She is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
