Catherine's practice focuses on advising clients on various capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. She also advises clients on securities regulatory and corporate governance matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Catherine joined Blakes as a summer student after her second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation.
