About Connor

Connor's practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. From due diligence to closing, he is involved in various stages of transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements relating to commercial transactions and related documents.

Connor has been seconded as a law student to the legal department of companies in the financial services, renewable energy and real estate industries. Before joining Blakes in 2018, he worked in the legal department of a multinational steel company.

Connor is fluent in both English and French.
