Julie's responsibilities include conducting security searches, preparation and filing of the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights forms, confirmation of cadastral descriptions, off-title searches and other various tasks.

Before joining Blakes, Julie worked at a notarial firm, as well as at a national title insurance company, where she acquired knowledge in both residential and commercial matters. She has experience in numerous financings and securitizations. She also regularly assists the Aviation/Aerospace group with matters related to leases and foreign securities.
