Kerri's practice focuses primarily on secured lending and domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions in the financial services industry. She has experience representing lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures), project finance and asset-based lending. In addition to her transactional practice, Kerri also advises clients on regulatory compliance with respect to Canadian cannabis legislation.
