Scott joined the Blakes team as a summer student in 2021 and was seconded to a client in the major public infrastructure sector in the summer of 2022. He is currently articling with the Firm.

He holds a bachelor of civil Law (BCL) as well as a juris doctor (JD) from McGill University.

Scott also earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He worked for several years for a Canadian engineering and construction leader as an infrastructure project manager.

Scott is fluent in both English and French.
