Siobhan's practice focuses primarily on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general commercial law, securities and mining regulation and corporate governance matters.

Siobhan is involved in various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to transaction closings, and assists in the drafting of commercial agreements and other related documents.

In the areas of securities and corporate governance, she advises issuers on their disclosure requirements, governance policies and practices, as well as their communications with regulators and security exchanges.
