About Zarria
Zarria's practice focuses on corporate commercial law. She assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including private equity fund formation, private equity transactions, private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and commercial matters.
Zarria joined Blakes as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2022.
