With over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and major projects sector, Marie-Paule is recognized as a leading provider of strategic advice with respect to public-sector project owners.
Prior to joining Blakes, Marie-Paule worked for a state-owned enterprise, where she drafted, negotiated and finalized numerous contracts for various types of projects, including design-build projects with or without financing, progressive design-build projects, integrated projects and public-private partnerships, giving her valuable comprehensive insight into the management and planning aspects of a project throughout its lifecycle.
At Blakes, Marie-Paule assists clients with large and complex projects. She provides tailored solutions and strategic advice on contracts and project implementation, with a focus on collaborative models and optimizing contracting processes.
