Marie has a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice. She has acted for clients in complex commercial disputes, commercials arbitrations, restructuring and insolvency matters. Marie has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia, and acted as counsel in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. She also represents clients in proceedings before administrative boards and tribunals.
