About Mark
Mark's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on private funds, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings and investments. Mark regularly advises pension funds and other institutional investors in connection with fund investments, direct investments and co-investments across a wide range of industry sectors including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, energy private debt.
In addition to transactional work, Mark's practice includes advising clients on complex commercial arrangements, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters.
In 2024, Mark completed a secondment with the medical device division of a large multinational life sciences company where he worked on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and compliance matters. Prior to practising law, Mark obtained a PhD in organic chemistry and was a postdoctoral researcher in life sciences at the University of Cambridge.
