Matthew's practice focuses on advising clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.
Matthew joined Blakes as a Summer Student in 2024 and completed his articles with the Firm in
2025/2026.
