Matthew’s practice primarily services clients in the natural resource sector, providing strategic advice on regulatory and commercial matters at all stages of project development. His practice is national in scope, acting for clients across Canada on regulatory, environmental and Indigenous engagement matters.

Matthew has experience assisting clients with regulatory and legislative compliance, Indigenous consultation, environmental assessments, and commercial transactions.
