About Megan
Megan's practice focuses on corporate commercial law. She assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
Megan joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2025. She received her JD and BCL as well as her MBA through the dual Law-MBA program at McGill University.
Prior to joining Blakes, Megan worked at the Ottawa office of a boutique international trade law firm, where she worked on several major trade files.
