About Megan
Megan returns to Blakes as an Articling Student after summering with the Firm in 2023. She received her JD and BCL as well as her MBA through the dual Law-MBA program at McGill University.
Prior to joining Blakes, Megan worked at the Ottawa office of a boutique international trade law firm, where she worked on several major trade files.
During her law studies, Megan represented McGill University at the 2024 Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Moot in Kamloops. She also completed a placement at the Center for Research-Action on Race Relations (CRARR), a non-profit civil rights organization offering legal services to victims of discrimination and advocating for racial equality in Montreal.
Megan also holds a bachelor of arts with combined honours in early modern studies and English literature and a minor in French at the University of King’s College.
