About Mehdi
Mehdi’s practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. He is involved in several stages of M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing, including drafting agreements relating to commercial transactions and corresponding documents. As part of his securities practice, Mehdi advises issuers on their disclosure obligations and registration requirements with securities regulators.
As a law student, he was seconded to a leading independent power producer in Canada that operates in the wind and solar energy sectors.
Mehdi is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
