About Mélanie
Mélanie’s practice covers all aspects of labour and employment law. She advises employers on a broad range of matters, including hiring and termination, labour standards, interpreting and applying employment contracts, human resource management, and compliance with Quebec’s Charter of the French Language.
Mélanie also provides strategic advice on developing, implementing and applying internal policies, as well as on issues related to working conditions, occupational health and safety, and workplace accidents, among other things. She represents and defends employers before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including in litigation proceedings and settlement negotiations.
