About Melissa
Melissa's practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing. She acts for borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated facilities, project finance facilities and acquisition financings. Melissa is also developing experience working with resource companies in the mining sector.
Prior to joining Blakes, Melissa summered, articled and practised financial services law as an associate in the Toronto office of a national law firm.
