About Michael
Michael returns to Blakes after first joining the Firm in 2025 as a summer student. He received his JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
During law school, Michael served as the vice president of finance of the Asia Pacific Law Club. He also worked as a law intern at the British Columbia Securities Commission.
Prior to law school, Michael earned a bachelor of commerce (finance) from the University of British Columbia.
Michael is fluent in English and Mandarin.
