About Micheal
Micheal is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group. Micheal advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, marketing and distribution practices, cartel investigations and regulatory compliance. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.
Micheal joined Blakes as a second-year summer law student in 2022 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2023-2024.
