Michelle oversees the strategy and execution of business development, marketing and client relationship initiatives for the Calgary office across multiple practice groups and industry teams.
Working closely with lawyers and firm leadership, she develops and implements strategies that support the Firm's strategic growth objectives, deepen client relationships, enhance market visibility and identify new business opportunities. She leads a team dedicated to delivering impactful business development, marketing and client engagement programs that advance the Firm's objectives.
With more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing and business development, Michelle has held senior roles with several leading Canadian and global law firms.
