About Michelle

Michelle's practice focuses primarily on debt financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactions. She has extensive experience in structuring and documenting bilateral and syndicated loans, traditional capital call and subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid facilities, letter of credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, high-yield offerings, and subordinated debt arrangements.

Michelle has advised clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including agriculture, automotive, entertainment, financial services, food services, hospitality, mining, retail, technology and telecommunications.

A syndicate of lenders in connection with a US$3.0-billion credit facility provided to a mining company
A manufacturing company in connection with a senior credit facility and a subordinated notes offering
A marketing and manufacturer of various foods in connection with a US$2.0-billion unsecured revolving credit facility
CyberGuard, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, on the financing of its acquisition of Control Gap
IGM Financial Inc. in connection with the financing of its purchase of an approximately 20.5% equity interest in Rockefeller Capital Management for US$622-million
Firan Technology Group Corporation in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Flyht Aerospace Solutions Ltd.
Aareal Bank AG in connection with a syndicated financing for a group of Canadian hotels
