About Mihai

Mihai has a broad corporate commercial litigation practice, with a focus on arbitration, contract disputes, construction law, shareholder disputes, and oil and gas law. He also assists clients with debt restructurings and realization processes, in court and in insolvency related transactions.

Mihai has appeared as lead counsel before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Blakes, Mihai practised as an associate at an international law firm in Canada.
