About Mike

Mike's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formations and all aspects of Canadian gaming law. He advises private equity sponsors and pension funds on acquisitions, investments and exits, and a broad base of buyers, sellers and targets on M&A and commercial matters.

Mike has significant gaming regulatory experience and frequently advises global and domestic casino operators, igaming operators, governmental entities, investors, financial service providers and suppliers on a broad range of transactions involving the gaming industry.
