About Mike

Mike's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of Canadian gaming law. He advises private equity sponsors and pension funds on acquisitions, investments and exits, and a broad base of buyers, sellers and targets on M&A and commercial matters.

Mike has significant gaming regulatory experience and frequently advises global and domestic casino operators, igaming operators, governmental entities, investors, financial service providers and suppliers on a broad range of transactions involving the gaming industry.
