Mitchell's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and a range of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings, and private placements of securities. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.
Mitchell joined Blakes as a Summer Student in 2022 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2023/2024.
