Stephen has been a law clerk for more than 20 years and is presently a member of the Blakes Transactions Services Department. He has vast experience with incorporation and corporate maintenance matters, due diligence, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as corporate and securities searching. He also has extensive experience with alcohol licensing matters.

With respect to transaction work, Stephen has assisted in the areas of transportation, recreation, hospitality, food manufacturing, renewable and non-renewable energy, software and software solutions, construction, and gaming. His duties have included preparation of agendas, due diligence reviews and summaries of corporate records, co-ordination of all due diligence materials, and compilation of electronic data rooms.

Stephen has completed extended secondments with clients in the publishing and banking industries.
