Natallia is a financial services paralegal in the Vancouver office, working in the area of commercial lending and secured financing. With a bachelor of legal studies from Capilano University completed in 2019, she has over four years of experience in the legal industry, working as a legal assistant and a paralegal in the areas of corporate and commercial law.

Since joining the Blakes Financial Services group in 2019, Natallia has assisted lawyers and clients with various aspects of secured financing transactions, including acquisitions and refinancings as well as a wide range of other finance matters. In this capacity, some of Natallia's responsibilities include: facilitating and coordinating the transactional process from the initial instructions to funding in Canada and the United States; conducting due diligence inquires; reviewing real property titles, PPSA financing statements and various Quota allocations; drafting various security documents, corporate formalities, inter-creditor priority agreements and opinions; coordinating and handling PPSA, uniform commercial code, and various Land Title Office filings; preparing and organizing closing documents; and preparing preliminary and final reporting and record books for clients.
