He advises both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. Nick also provides ongoing advice to clients regarding securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, negotiation of commercial agreements and general corporate law.
