Nicholas’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and a range of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings, and private placements of securities. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.
Nicholas joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2022/2023.
