Representative matters in which Nick has been involved include:

• Assisting in project financing for various midstream oil and gas corporations

• Assisting in project financing for various renewable energy projects in Alberta

• Assisting in an action for breach of trust and breach of duties between a major bank and a large corporation

• Assisting in an action for shareholder oppression and breach of director duties between dissenting shareholders and a large corporation

• Assisting in a multimillion-dollar arbitration regarding a construction dispute between a municipality and project consultants

• Assisting in a multibillion-dollar arbitration regarding a gas processing dispute between two large corporations

Nick is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Advocates' Society. He volunteers his time providing pro bono legal services to the public through the Civil Claims Duty Counsel project. Nick has previously volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program at the program's Refugee and Immigration legal clinic.
