Karishma's practice covers a range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on public procurement, infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3s). She advises clients on the development, preparation and ongoing administration of public tenders and procurement processes and the development of commercial agreements for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of infrastructure.

Karishma joined Blakes as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2019/2020.
