Lauren is the Firm’s Assistant General Counsel. She advises firm management and firm personnel on a variety of risk management and conflict of interest issues, with a focus on claims avoidance and management. She also manages a team of personnel responsible for implementing the Firm’s conflict checking and ethical wall policies and procedures.

Lauren began her legal career in litigation before working in the general counsel's office of another major Toronto law firm.
