Matthew is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group at Blakes, recently named Regional Firm of the Year - Americas by the Global Competition Review. 

Matthew advises on all aspects of Competition Law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, criminal and civil litigation, marketing and distribution practices, cartel investigations and regulatory compliance. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.
