Stella's responsibilities include security searches, drafting and filing of the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RDPRM) forms, confirmation of cadastral descriptions, off-title searches, summary title searches and other various tasks. She has extensive experience in matters relating to the RDPRM and has assisted lawyers on numerous securitizations and financing transactions. Most recently, Stella has been involved in transactions involving major leasing companies.

Before joining Blakes, Stella worked at a notarial firm and a national title insurance company.
