She acts for Canadian, U.S. and international financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers, including those in the mining and natural resources sectors, in connection with project financings, streaming transactions, bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, second lien and mezzanine financings, asset-based lending transactions, commercial real estate loan transactions and cross-border transactions.
