Rachel supports the negotiation and management of the Firm's engagement terms with its clients and commercial contracts with its service providers. She advises the Firm's lawyers on a variety of professional responsibility and other risk management matters.
Rachel began her legal career in corporate law, first at another law firm in New York and then in the Securities group at Blakes.
