About Randell

Randell specializes in corporate and commercial litigation, with a focus on securities, M&A, and governance disputes. He regularly provides risk-management counsel and acts in matters involving contested transactions, shareholder claims, and directors' and officers' liability.

Randell also maintains a significant practice in complex industrial and commercial construction disputes, often in relation to energy production facilities, oil and gas pipelines, and power generation infrastructure. He has broad experience with claims brought in commercial contract, professional negligence, and product liability, as well as significant knowledge in relevant specialties such as insurance law.
