About Rebecca

Rebecca's practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate reorganizations. Rebecca advises targets and acquirers on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and investments.

Rebecca joined Blakes as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2019–2020. During her articles, she was seconded to the legal department of a leading power generation company.
