About Rishi

Rishi's practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.

Rishi summered at Blakes after his second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation.
