Rodney advises clients on a wide variety of real property matters, including purchase and sale transactions involving mixed-use, multi-tenant residential, office, industrial and retail properties, mortgage financing, office, industrial and renewable energy leasing matters, development and planning matters, as well as providing real estate advice on share and asset purchase transactions. He has a broad range of experience, from overseeing the due diligence process through to real estate transaction closing.
