About Rory
Rory Banfalvi is a Summer Student in the Blakes Competition & Antitrust group.
Rory is pursuing her juris doctor at the University of Toronto, Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law. At school, she volunteers with a David Asper Centre working group, researching predictive policing and AI, and as a material developer with LAWS (Law in Action Within Schools). Rory is also an active participant in the mooting program. Recently, she was named top oralist and appellant team at the Cassels Cup and was selected for the 2026 Grand Moot.
Before law school, Rory graduated from the University of Toronto, with high distinction and an honours bachelor of arts in gender studies and ethics, society & law. Upon graduation, she received the University College Best Degree in Arts award, recognizing the student with the highest cumulative GPA of all University College arts students.
