About Rosalie
Rosalie’s practice focuses on insolvency, restructuring and banking matters. She advises financial institutions, secured creditors, lender syndicates and court officers on complex issues.
Prior to joining Blakes, Rosalie practised with a national law firm, where she advised and represented a diverse clientele on matters involving bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, commercial litigation and medical liability. Through this experience, Rosalie acquired in-depth knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency procedures, as well as a high degree of professional diligence and a strong work ethic.
Rosalie is fluent in English and French.
