• Represented a Canadian energy company in connection with a reserves-based credit facility used to finance its acquisition of a private oil and gas producer with significant land holdings in Central Alberta

• Represented the agent and lenders in connection with C$75-million credit facilities for a leading North American payment and software company

• Represented the lender in connection with C$100-million credit facilities for the development and construction of an energy security project in the Northwest Territories

• Represented the lender in connection with its participation in credit facilities related to the development and construction of enabling infrastructure for on-reserve housing in British Columbia

• Represented the agent and lenders in connection with financing matters related to the refinancing of a major sports and entertainment arena and associated developments
