Andrew advises clients on a wide range of tax matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, capital markets transactions and investment funds. He
regularly advises on complex transformational transactions for public and private companies as well as innovative investment products.

Andrew is recognized as an expert in tax issues involving REITs and other real estate investment vehicles, structured notes and tax insurance.

Andrew is a member of the Firm's Partnership Committee, and the Regional Vice-Chair, North America, for the Lex Mundi Tax Practice Group.
