About Chris
Chris has been practising in the area of corporate tax planning for 10 years. He primarily advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. He also has experience with tax dispute resolution and tax litigation.
Before joining Blakes, Chris was counsel at another large Canadian law firm. Prior to that, he was an associate at a boutique tax law firm affiliated with a global accounting firm.
