About Jenna
Jenna is a member of the inSource group at Blakes, where she works closely with the Litigation group. Her practice focuses on defending companies facing allegations relating to failure to warn, negligent design, and issues arising from the manufacture and testing of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, as well as pharmaceutical patent matters.
Prior to joining Blakes, Jenna was a litigation associate at another leading Toronto law firm, where she developed a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on patent litigation. Jenna also brings valuable commercial experience to her practice, having spent several years as a managing director at one of Canada's pre-eminent banks. This background enhances her commercial acumen and strategic approach to complex disputes.
