About Rahul
Rahul’s practice focuses on domestic and cross border debt finance, aviation finance, asset-based finance, and commercial lending. He has experience representing lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures).
Rahul regularly advises aviation and aerospace clients on regulatory issues, leasing, aircraft finance, and engine finance. He also assists clients with navigating public and political law issues, including lobbying matters, gifting rules, conflict of interest regimes, access to information disclosures, election finance rules, and more.
Rahul joined Blakes as a summer student in 2021 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2022/2023.
