Randy is a senior law clerk in Blakes Commercial Real Estate group. He has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and mortgage financings of shopping centres, office buildings, industrial properties, airports, hydro-electric and gas turbine power generation facilities, renewable energy projects, mines, hotels, recreational vehicle resort parks, golf courses and vacant lands.

His responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from commencement to closing, including assisting with drafting, assembling, organizing and arranging for execution of closing documents; attending at closings and to electronic registration of title documents; drafting reports to clients; and conducting electronic title searches, corporate and security searches, and reviewing such searches and undertaking off-title inquiries.
