About Sacha
Sacha’s practice covers various aspects of Canadian and international tax law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investment funds and tax planning.
Sacha advises Canadian and foreign businesses on a wide range of tax issues relating to the ordinary course of their business, including the structuring and establishment of private equity and venture capital funds, as well as investments made by and in such funds.
Prior to joining Blakes, Sacha completed an internship in the tax department of a major consulting firm.
Sacha is fluent in English and French.
